How to Make My Twitter Account Private?

To make your Twitter account private, follow the steps.

• Launch the Twitter app and log in on it on your phone.
• Tap on the “Three Dots” button on the right side of the screen
• Tap on the “More” icon and then go to “Settings and Privacy”
• Tap on “Privacy & Safety” > “Audience and Tagging”
• Scroll down to select “Protect your Tweets” and tick the mark on the box, which is next to it.
• After that, you will be prompted to pick “Cancel” or “Protect”, choose “Protect” to  make twitter account private.

Now you are done with it. By enabling “Protect your tweets” you can restrict your tweets to view others, only the person you have allowed can view your tweets.
